The 63rd and final day of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra started today from Bhiwandi. With a crowd of thousands, the journey set off towards its destination. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi first paid homage to the pioneers of Indian history, including Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Babasaheb Ambedkar, Jyotiba Phule, Savitribai Phule, Shahu Maharaj, and Saint Tukaram. Then, the roadshow began, with thousands of people joining in. Witnessing the enthusiasm of the people of Maharashtra was inspiring. Rahul Gandhi addressed the public in Thane, vehemently criticizing the central government and Narendra Modi.

He said, ‘Narendra Modi said he wants to eliminate corruption. He has perfected the scheme of electoral bonds. Now, India’s biggest companies donate thousands of crores through electoral bonds. There are four ways they do it-
Firstly, a company is targeted, and then government agencies like the Enforcement Directorate (ED), CBI, and Income Tax Department are deployed against it. A few months later, they donated to the BJP. Immediately after the donation, inquiries by the ED, CBI, and Income Tax Department come to a halt. This is pure extortion.
The second method involves big contracts being awarded. Contracts for roads, bridges, defense, etc., are given out. Just a month or two before the contract is awarded, the same company is seen queuing up to get the contract. They pay the money, and the contract is theirs.
The third method is where a company is awarded a contract, and the commission from that contract goes to Narendra Modi’s party.
The fourth method involves shell companies. These shell companies channel the BJP’s own money back to the BJP. Through these methods, BJP has siphoned off thousands of crores of rupees. This money belongs to the public. It’s the money from GST.’
‘In India, 90% of the population consists of Dalits, backward classes, tribals, minorities, and the poor in the general caste. But you won’t find them owning media, corporates, private colleges, universities, or private hospitals. Only 3 people from your community are among the 90 who run the government, and even they are sidelined. The truth is, you have no stake anywhere. Your job is as described by Narendra Modi- Prabhu ke gun gao, aadhi roti khao aur mar jao. That’s Modi’s model.’
‘Your money is being looted by Narendra Modi 24/7. It’s the world’s biggest extortion racket. Every week, extortion happens on small streets, right? Narendra Modi has run an international-level extortion racket. In India, 50 lakh people died due to COVID. You didn’t even get to know. Till today, the people of India don’t know how many people died due to COVID. When COVID was leading to heaps of corpses in India, the company making vaccines was paying Narendra Modi. On one side, you have your corpses, and on the other, the vaccine company, Serum Institute, was pouring crores into Narendra Modi’s party. Modi Ji is telling you to clap your hands and wave your cellphone flashlight, and you’re clapping and waving your cell phone flashlights. Meanwhile, Poonawalla is taking money from your pocket and giving it directly to BJP. You were robbed during COVID. Modi Ji took a weekly cut from vaccines, roads, and the defense industry during COVID. An international-level extortion racket is running in India. And anyone who objects, Amit Shah, ED, CBI, Income Tax, threatens them into silence.’
‘Here, they broke Shiv Sena and NCP. How? Did MLAs here switch sides for free? Modi’s government has arranged all these. They take weekly payments in electoral bonds and then break the government of Maharashtra. In Goa, Manipur, Arunachal, Assam, wherever they need to break the government, Amit Shah stands on one side, Adani stands on another, Narendra Modi stands on the third, and then their work begins.’
While Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was making people aware of the BJP’s Anyays, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge was addressing a press conference in Bengaluru. Mr. Kharge highlighted the Congress party’s manifesto and its Paanch Nyay.
He said, ‘Today, the Congress Party is going to announce ‘Shramik Nyay,‘ and its five important points:
1. Health Rights:
Under this, Congress guarantees legislation on health rights for laborers. There will also be arrangements for free tests, treatment, medications, surgeries, rehabilitative and palliative care, and universal healthcare for workers in the unorganized sector and those with disabilities.
2. Respect for Labor:
3. Urban Employment Guarantee:
The Congress will enact an employment guarantee law for urban areas. Under this law, public infrastructure will be built, cities will be adapted to climate change, and the social service system will be strengthened.
4. Social Security:
There will be provision for life insurance and accident insurance for all workers in the unorganized sector.
5. Secure Employment:
The Congress will review the anti-worker labor codes passed by the Modi government. We guarantee appropriate amendments to protect the rights of workers. Contract labor will only be the last resort, ensuring the protection of workers’ rights with clear justifications. Compliance with minimum social security standards in contract employment will also be mandatory for the private sector.’
Along with this, the Congress President also announced ‘Hissedari Nyay’. He said, “Today, I am announcing the ‘Partnership Justice Guarantee’ of the Congress Party for all brothers and sisters of Dalits, Adivasis, Backward/ OBCs, Minorities, and the weaker sections across the country.
1. Ginti:
Congress Party guarantees a Comprehensive Social, Economic, and Caste Census. Through this, a survey will be conducted to ensure their participation in all castes and communities, their representation in national wealth, and their representation in institutions related to governance. This Affirmative Action Policy will bring revolutionary changes in the country.
2. Reservation Rights:
Congress also guarantees that a constitutional amendment bill will be passed to increase the reservation limit for SC, ST, and OBC to 50%.
3. Legal Guarantee of SC/ST SUB PLAN:
Congress guarantees the revival and enforcement of the Special Component Plan for SC and ST through law. Some Congress-ruled states have already taken this step.

The Congress is committed to making laws in states in accordance with the Panchayat Extension To Scheduled Areas Act (PESA) to establish ‘Gram Sarkar’ and ‘Autonomous District Government’ as envisaged in PESA.
In addition to this, Congress Secretary and Communication In-Charge Jairam Ramesh also wrote extensively on X (Formerly Twitter) about the Paanch Nyay of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. He said, ‘Today, when the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra reached its culmination at Dr. Ambedkar Memorial, Chaityabhoomi in Mumbai after covering a distance of 6,600 kilometers from Manipur and a long journey of two months, @INCIndia announced its Paanch Nyay- Twenty-five guarantees.

After the lunch break, the yatra proceeded towards the city of Mumbai. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi also joined the yatra here. Both siblings conducted a roadshow and then addressed the public. Priyanka Gandhi, urging the youth, said, ‘Today, both of us are very happy to be here. Today marks the end of Rahul ji’s 6700-kilometer Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. He undertook this yatra so that the people of this country understand the reality. It is very important for us to understand the reality of our country today. This entire yatra was aimed at making you aware. Today, the biggest attack in our country is on the awareness of the people. This means that what you see in the media, on hoardings and in newspapers is not showing you the truth. So when we talk about understanding the truth and awareness, we talk about your experience. What changes have come in your daily lives in the last ten years? Has inflation decreased? Has unemployment decreased?’

Attacking the government, Priyanka Gandhi said, ‘This government is operating at two levels. On one level, you are shown that big events are happening and big works are being done, while at another level, you suffer daily. Whether it’s demonetization or GST, whether it’s about unemployment. Today, we met a boy named Gulshan on the street. He has been selected twice for the Agniveer position but does not want to go. Because his father says, what will you do if you go for only four years? After Priyanka Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi addressed the people present. Rahul Gandhi said, ‘Today, this Yatra is concluding in Mumbai. But it’s not concluding in Mumbai, it’s concluding in Dharavi. Dharavi is the talent capital of India. What we call skill, what we call jugaad, is the central point of those things. We started from Manipur because the BJP has created an atmosphere of civil war there. The fight in India is between Skill and ‘Dalals’. It’s between Dharavi and Adani. And that’s why we included the word ‘Nyay’ in the yatra. Dharavi is your land. Those ‘Dalals’ are trying to snatch your land from you. And behind Adani stands the country’s prime minister. He has the power of ED, CBI, Income Tax, and ‘Chanda Mama’. The Indian government is running the world’s biggest extortion racket.’
‘We will give one lakh rupees a year to the poor women of India. BJP keeps distributing money to the rich, but we care for the 90% which makes this country. Lastly, I would like to say that Dharavi is yours and should remain yours. Here, you should support your skills, the doors of banks should be opened for you, and the manufacturing centers of India should be established here. This is the truth. Dharavi is the real ‘Make in India’. And they think the country is made by ‘Dalals’, not by people like you. You work hard, and Adani takes away the money.’
The Congress’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra started on January 14 from Manipur, after a historic yatra of 6,600 kilometers, the Nyay Yatra reached Mumbai in the evening. During his journey, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi met millions of people. During this time, Rahul Gandhi addressed 15 public meetings and addressed the public at 70 locations. In the last two months, Rahul Gandhi and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge have presented the outline of the Congress’s Paanch Nyay agendas and have consistently promoted it. The Paanch Nyay agendas include Kisaan Nyay, Yuva Nyay, Naari Nyay, Shramik Nyay, and Hissedari Nyay. Congress has given guarantees of nyay to crores of Indians. Behind this, the party’s aim is to provide Nyay to the people of India and to remove the darkness of this Anyay Kaal.
